Michelle East’s Mountain Bear Handmade Mugs are all thrown on the pottery wheel with a light/medium red-brown colored stoneware clay. All pieces are glazed with lead-free glaze (food safe) & mid-fired for long-lasting strength and durability.

This mug has a bear shaped badge that has been imprinted with mountains and pine trees designed by Michelle. It is available in my Aurora Borealis or Jade Temmoku glaze combinations. The body of the mug has a round belly shape. The handle is comfortable to hold with a bear paw print “button” (thumb rest) at the top. Each mug is created and signed by Michelle East.

Capacity: holds approximately 12-14 oz.

*Food, Microwave, and Dishwasher Safe Not recommended for freezing, direct flame or stove-top

NOTE: This picture is a representation of the glaze and item. Because my pottery is handmade (not mass produced), please allow for slight variation in size, form, and glaze coloring as each firing is different, but that’s what makes each one unique.

SHIPPING: Made-to-order mugs take 4-6 weeks for production and ship upon completion. Each item is individually bubble wrapped and packed securely. Shipments are sent via USPS. (FREE local pickup/delivery in the Leander/CedarPark/LibertyHill areas of Texas only)
