Ceramic Garlic Roaster

Michelle East’s Handmade Ceramic Garlic Roasters are wheel thrown with a light/medium red-brown colored stoneware clay. All pieces are glazed with lead-free glaze (food safe) & mid-fired for long-lasting strength and durability. They feature a knob for easy lifting and a steam hole. Each is signed by Michelle East. (Shown in Chai Blue Rutile Glaze)

Roasted garlic has the most delicious aroma and a soft buttery consistency. Roasting garlic creates a rich, delicate flavor. Mix with a little butter or olive oil or use it on its own or and spread the garlic on toast or bread. It is also delicious in mashed potatoes, pasta, soups or any other recipe calling for garlic. *Comes with printed instructions. (See instructions in description below.)
