Description: Watercolor painting of a group of hand-picked strawberries in a large wooden bowl from Swaziland, Africa. This painting was originally painted in 2017 by Michelle C. East.
Artist Interpretation: The reference photo for this painting was originally taken by my husband’s cousin Amy McAdams who lives in Swaziland with her family. The way the light fell on the strawberries and illuminated the colors in the wood grain struck me and inspired me to paint this still life. (Credit it given to her for the amazing photo & permission has been granted to me to paint from this photo)
