Refunds Policies<\/h1>\n<p><strong><em>As a small business artist and potter, I am committed to creating quality artwork\/pottery and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ALL SALES ARE FINAL.<\/span> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>*Because every item is HAND-MADE by Michelle East, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">there will be variations in size, form, and glaze coloring<\/span> as each firing is different <span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\">and not grounds for refund.<\/span> It is impossible to duplicate a piece as an exact replica. <\/em>These variation are what makes each piece unique!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQAA\" data-processed=\"true\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Damaged Item:<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQAQ\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong>Problem:<\/strong> Items arrived to the customer damaged (cracked or chipped)- Item was damaged in transit.<\/li>\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQAQ\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Action:<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Customer MUST contact Michelle<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:me@michelleeastart.com\">me@michelleeastart.com<\/a> <em class=\"eujQNb\" data-processed=\"true\">immediately<\/em> (within 24-48 hours).<\/span> Include 4-5 quality photos of damaged item(s) from many angles and 3-4 photos of the package from several angles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQAg\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Resolution:<\/strong> <strong>I will make a replacement of the item<\/strong>(s) purchased <em>(<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no alterations can be made from the order<\/span>)<\/em>.<\/span>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQAw\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Note:<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #800080;\">Customer please <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hold on to damaged item(s) and packaging<\/span><\/strong> for carrier inspection until an insurance claim can be made by the seller.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBA\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dissatisfaction of Item (Not Damaged)<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBA\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\">NO REFUNDS because of customer dissatisfaction on a correctly made or undamaged item (according to the order). *<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBA\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Incorrectly Made Items<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBQ\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong>Problem:<\/strong> <span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>Artwork or pottery <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">was incorrectly made due to a mistake made my Michelle<\/span> (according to the original <strong>order details<\/strong>: incorrect spelling, wrong glaze applied, wrong badge made,etc).<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Resolution: <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>*If item was incorrectly made due to a mistake by Michelle,<\/em><\/span><\/strong> <strong>I will make a replacement of the item(s<\/strong>) purchased (<em>no alterations can be made to the order).<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBQ\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Return:<\/strong> <strong>Customer please return the incorrectly item(s) within 7 days.<\/strong> Item MUST BE unused, in its original condition. I will send a return label to ship back to me.<\/span>\n<ul class=\"KsbFXc U6u95\" data-processed=\"true\">\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBg\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Action: <\/strong>Customer MUST return item packed just as it was received- securely with multiple layers of bubble wrap and inside additional boxes if needed. Michelle will pay for and provide a return shipping label with i<\/span><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\">nsurance and tracking information to avoid loss.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-hveid=\"CAUQBg\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"T286Pc\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-processed=\"true\"><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-processed=\"true\">Refund Type:<\/strong> Item(s) will be replaced with the correctly made item(s) according to the original order at <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no charge<\/span> to the customer because this was my mistake (<em>No alterations can be made from the original order<\/em>).
