Grandma’s Garden Custom Plant Sign
Handmade customized ceramic gift marker plant sign. Marker says “Grandma’s Garden” or Customize your sign (Custom requests are encouraged! Type in box).
Each marker is hand crafted with unique textures by Texas artist Michelle East. Marker are made with food safe glazes and kiln fired making them weather resistant. Each comes with a 12” copper stake. Size: 4×6” approximately
